For optimal care, it is best to keep mendong grass in dry, covered areas, as too much humidity can weaken its fibers over time. Steaming can help restore its original shape and flexibility.

If you wish to return an article, or if you have decided not to keep it, please return the items to us within 14 calendar days, in their original packaging with the label. If appropriate, we will exchange the item or items or refund the cost price. All goods must be returned in new and unused condition, together with a copy of your original delivery note.
