The Black Eye Mirror draws the eye before it reflects the room. Framed with natural grass in a deep black finish, it creates a bold circular outline that feels graphic, tactile, and sculptural on the wall.
Its textured frame gives depth to bedrooms, hallways, living rooms, or styled corners where a plain wall needs more presence. The contrast between the dark grass and the mirror glass makes the piece feel expressive without becoming overly decorative.
Made from natural grass, each mirror may show slight differences in fibre, tone, shape, and finish. Dust the frame gently with a soft cloth or brush, clean the mirror glass with care, and avoid excess moisture, direct heat, harsh cleaners, and prolonged sunlight to help preserve its texture and colour.
To bring out its fuller character, the grass fibres may need to be softened with steam or gently shaped by hand. This is normally required and considered a natural part of the product setup process, allowing the material to settle into its intended texture and movement.
